A rendition of the West African red sauce, our Pepper sauce is savoury and sweet with a subtle kick from scotch bonnet. Made with an aromatic blend of sweet red peppers, shallots, onions, tomatoes, spices and herbs. It's ready to eat, great as a dip or stir in. An important base for West African stews and pottage. Great for rice, pasta, meat, fish or vegetable dishes.

HOW TO USE
Add to everything.
1/4 teaspoon - mild heat and flavour to a bowl of soup.
1 teaspoon to marinade - 150g meat, chicken or fish.
1 - 2 teaspoon(s) for salad dressing or mayonnaise for a tingly relish.
