At RO’s Kitchn, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food products and for food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any items once they have been delivered.
Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged product(s) and packaging
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Products damaged due to incorrect storage after delivery.
- Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.
- Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Products that have been opened or consumed, except where they arrived damaged or faulty.
