Serves 2 - 4

Heat 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan on moderate heat.

Add 120g or 3/4 jar of RO's Jollof Paste with 100ml coconut milk and ¼ cup water.

Add 250g Prawn, cook for 3-4 mins or till the prawns are cooked..

Take the pan off the heat and squeeze in a dash of lemon juice.

Season with salt and finish with fresh chopped coriander leaves.

Serve with rice, flat bread or roasted vegetables.
