RO's Shakshuka Recipe

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in an oven safe pan on moderate heat.

  2. Add ¼ onion and 1 bell pepper all chopped into small pieces. Fry for a minute.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of RO’s Jollof Paste, mix, and leave to simmer.

  4. Crack 3 to 4 eggs depending on the size of your pan on your sauce and bake in the oven for 3 – 5 mins or till your eggs are cooked.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste
